Read-only options

It is possible to create a settings file in your "C:\ProgramData..." folder.

Any settings in that file will be considered read-only and discarded when read from the current user section.

Rhino reads this settings file before reading the current user file located at "C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\McNeel\Rhinoceros\6.0\settings\settings-Scheme_(scheme name).xml" and marks any setting in the all user location as read-only ignoring values in the current user settings file.
