Fillet Curves

The Fillet command adds a tangent arc between two curves and trims or extends the curves to the arc.

Steps

  1. Select the first curve near the end.

  2. Select the second curve near the end.

Command-line options

Radius

Changes the fillet radius.

Join

Joins the fillet arc to the input curves.

Trim

Trims the input curves to the fillet arc.

ExtendArcsBy

This option is applied when the input curve is an arc and it needs to extend to meet the fillet arc.

Arc

The arc is extended maintaining its radius.

Line

The arc is extended with a tangent line.

ExtendOtherCurvesBy

This option is applied when the input curve is not a line or an arc, and it needs to extend to meet the fillet arc.

Line

The curve is extended with a tangent line.

Smooth

The curve is extended with curvature continuity.

Dynamic

Enables interactive preview when picking two points or typing the number for the radius.

 History enabled

The FilletCorners command rounds the corners of polycurves and polylines with arcs of a single specified radius.

Steps

  1. Select one or more polycurves and press Enter.
  2. Type the radius, or pick two points to decide the radius with interactive preview.

Command-line options

DeleteInput

Deletes (Yes) or keeps (No) the input objects.

 History enabled

DeleteInput=No supports History recording.
