Not on menus.

The InsertLineIntoCrv command flattens the curve segment between picked points.

Select a curve.
Pick the start of the straight segment on the curve.
Pick the end of the straight segment.
A straight line replaces part of the curve, and the parts join together.

Command-line options
SubCrv	Type subcrv to select part of a curve as input.
