Where can I find this command?
The WebBrowser command opens the Web Browser panel.
The Web Browser panel displays the last-used web address in a docking window.

Back
Go back to previous Web page.
Forward
Go forward to the next Web page.
Refresh
Refresh the current page.
Home
Go to the home page set in Web Browser Document Properties.
If no home page is specified, the Rhino home page, www.rhino3d.com displays.
URL address
The Web address of the current page.
