Where can I find this command?
The SoftEditCrv command moves the curve area surrounding a selected point smoothly relative to the distance from selected point.

指令行選項
距離
這個距離是模型單位，從被移動的編輯點 (基準點) 算起，沿著曲線計算長度，不是直線距離，移動的力道從基準點往兩側遞減。
輸入一個數值或直接在曲線上指定距離。
Copy
The Copy option specifies whether or not the objects are copied. A plus sign 
appears at the cursor when copy mode is on.
Note: The RememberCopyOptions command determines whether the selected option is used as the default.
FixEnds=Yes/No
Determines whether or not the position of the curve ends is fixed.
If No and the Distance value is larger than the distance to one or both ends of the curve, the end of the curve will be allowed to move.
If Yes and the Distance value is larger than the distance to one or both ends of the curve, the end of the curve will not be allowed to move.
With the Yes option, all control points are moved as they would be according to the normal falloff except the end control points. This can lead to an abrupt change in the curve near the end on dense curves.
