Split Face

The SplitFace command divides the selected surface of a polysurface by drawing a polyline, selected curves, or isocurves.

Select a surface of a polysurface.
Draw a polyline on the surface to define the split edges.

Or, use the IsoCurves or SelCurves command-line options.

Command-line options

Specifies whether the splitting curve will be pulled or projected onto the surface before splitting.

Splits the surface with its isocurves in the U, V, or both directions.

Changes the direction between U and V.

Select existing curves as splitting curves.
