Boss

The Boss command extrudes closed planar curves normal to the curve plane toward a boundary surface where the boundary surface is trimmed and joined to the extruded objects.

Steps

  1. Select planar curves.
  2. Select a surface or polysurface boundary.
    If a curve is inside a target (for example, circle inside a box), then a hole is created.
Command-line option

Mode

Sets the style for the extrusion.

Straight

Extrudes the curves straight.

Tapered

Extrudes the curves with a draft angle.

DraftAngle

Sets the angle of the taper.
