 History enabled

The Hatch command creates a pattern of lines to fill a selected bounding curves.

Notes

Steps

  1. Select closed planar curves.
  2. Specify the pattern, scale, and rotation.
Command-line options

Boundary

Click inside a closed boundary to hatch that area.

CombineRegions

Determines whether selected regions combine to create a single hatch or separate hatches.

CombineRegions=Yes.

CombineRegions=No.

Save the set base point for subsequent hatches.

Steps

Command-line options

Enabled

When enabled:

  • Hatch patterns viewed in a layout detail are scaled according to a detail's zoom factor.
  • Hatch patterns viewed in model space are scaled by the HatchScale value.

Disabled

When disabled, hatch patterns are not scaled.

Toggle

Toggles between Enabled and Disabled states.
