Where can I find this command?
The PopupPopular command displays a menu containing 15 most-used commands sorted by the number of times used.
The PopupToolbar command opens the named toolbar at the cursor location.
The PopupMenu command opens a menu with favorites and the most-recently-used commands at the cursor location.
