Where can I find this command?
The ModifyRadius command changes the radius of existing arcs and circles.
Command-line options
Area
Specifies the area of the circle or the complete circle defined by the arc.
Circumference
Specifies the circumference of the circle or the complete circle defined by the arc.
Diameter
Specifies the diameter of the circle or the complete circle defined by the arc.
Copy
The Copy option specifies whether or not the objects are copied. A plus sign 
appears at the cursor when copy mode is on.
Note: The RememberCopyOptions command determines whether the selected option is used as the default.
